If you’re here, chances are you’re trying to better understand your child—why learning may feel harder than it should, why behaviors don’t always make sense, or why your child seems both incredibly capable and yet still struggling. Many parents arrive here feeling overwhelmed, confused, or unsure where to start. My goal is to help you find clarity, answers, and a path forward.
My name is Tiffany Griffin, and I am a licensed school psychologist, evaluator, and parent advocate with nearly 20 years of experience supporting children and families. I work with students who have a wide range of learning, behavioral, and emotional needs, and I specialize in helping families understand their child’s unique learning profile through comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations.
But my work is not just professional—it’s personal.
I am also the parent of a child who is twice exceptional, which means I understand the challenges of navigating school systems, evaluations, and services from the parent side of the table. I know what it feels like to ask questions, to advocate for your child, and to search for answers that truly explain what your child is experiencing. This perspective deeply shapes how I approach my work with families with empathy, honesty, and practical guidance.
In my role as a School Psychologist with Broward County Public Schools, I work daily with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and support students academically, socially, and emotionally. I am very familiar with how the school evaluation and support process works, including Response to Intervention (RTI), eligibility meetings, and individualized support plans. Because of this, I can help families understand not only what the results of an evaluation mean, but also how to use that information to advocate effectively within the school system.
I founded Beyond Enhanced Evaluations, a private practice dedicated to helping families gain deeper insight into their child’s learning, attention, behavior, and emotional needs. My evaluations are designed not just to provide a diagnosis or scores, but to give parents clear explanations and practical recommendations that can be used at home, in school, and in everyday life.
Families often tell me that what they appreciate most is that I take the time to truly listen. Every child is different, and every family’s journey is unique. My goal is to create a supportive environment where parents feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and gaining the knowledge they need to help their child thrive.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:
When parents truly understand their child, they are empowered to help them succeed.
